With over twenty years of executive experience in publishing, community building, and education, Frank Tazelaar is a prominent cultural entrepreneur based in the Netherlands. He is the founder and director of WINTERTUIN (De Nieuwe Oost), a literary production house dedicated to talent development for emerging writers.
